Deep expertise in pari-mutuel and pool betting ecosystems, with a track record of building commercial structures that work for both rights holders and operators.

Led an operational turnaround, restructured delivery capability, and executed the acquisition of a complementary digital product agency — creating a combined business with stronger market positioning and a more resilient operating model.
